At ServiceTitan, I owned day-to-day operations for the customer community, managed scheduling, brand voice, and moderation. I also partnered cross-functionally to support over 100 collaborations on organic channels across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok, as well as on-platform experiences including Guides, Articles, Announcements, and other high-visibility features. I developed content strategies, delivered executive-level reporting, and created and executed training programs to support consistency and quality at scale. Through workflow optimization and automation, I improved efficiency, strengthened response times, and ensured community engagement aligned with business and customer experience goals.
Adobe Behance
At Adobe Behance, I led the Creator Program, managing contracts, budgets, and ongoing relationships for 30+ recurring art streamers as well as high-profile artists across social platforms. I initiated creator outreach, defined collaboration goals, and coordinated livestreams that brought prominent artists onto the Behance platform and expanded visibility with their audiences. Alongside creator partnerships, I actively engaged and communicated with the Behance community through Discord, sharing updates, fostering discussion, and strengthening creator trust and participation. My work helped grow platform engagement while aligning creator partnerships with brand and business objectives.
Exantra Team
At Exantra Team, I helped bring Alter Titan—a fitness-based mobile RPG—to life by leading community engagement, creative production, and cross-functional collaboration throughout the product’s development. I managed our Kickstarter presence, built campaign packages, and led a team of volunteers. I also created hundreds of in-game and social graphics, provided regular release updates to our community, and launched an influencer program that brought fitness creators into the game to lead their own player groups. My work strengthened community excitement, elevated our brand identity, and supported a successful early growth phase for the product.
Growtopia by Ubisoft
At Ubisoft, I supported the Growtopia community by managing customer support, moderation, and live community engagement for a global player base. I led the development of onboarding and communication initiatives that drove a 40% increase in user retention at account creation. I also trained and onboarded new team members, establishing best practices for player support, escalation handling, and community standards. Beyond core responsibilities, I self-initiated Twitch livestreams to engage directly with players, creating a more personal and transparent space for the community to connect with the team and strengthen trust between players and staff. I partnered cross-functionally to surface player insights, manage high-priority issues, and support platform health while coordinating community events to drive engagement and retention.
